Booze-Soaked Frozen Grapes Are A Thing And We Are Obsessed

Trine Jensen-Burke

If you have yet to try frozen grapes as a healthy little snack, you have been missing out.

But wait, we have upped the ante a little. Because while frozen grapes are delicious on their own, they are vastly improved by soaking them in booze first.

Say hello to your new favourite summer nibble, ladies.

Booze -Soaked Frozen Grapes

Ingredients

1 packet of seedless green or red grapes (we used green)

1 bottle of white wine

Lemon zest

Sugar

Instructions

Pour your wine into a pitcher or glass bowl, add the grapes, a few tablespoons of zest and a quarter-cup of sugar.

Leave the grapes sit in your fridge for 24 hours.

After the soak, scoop the grapes out of the pitcher, toss them with a few more tablespoons of sugar and stick them in the freezer.

After a few hours, they are ready to be served.

(Hint: These go amazingly well with a large glass of ice cold white wine. Go figure!)
