1 x 280g jar light tahini
3 tablespoons coconut oil
120g date syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 teaspoons of raw cocoa powder
2 tablespoons goji berries
4 tablespoons raw cocoa nibs - 3 in it and 1 for topping
Directions:
Melt the coconut oil
Add the coconut oil to all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl - mix really well
Pour into a containers with sides 1 so that the huge is 1 inch high
Leave to refrigerate for 4 hours
