Lidl is bringing out a hangover free organic Prosecco

Lidl are about to release a new Processo which is said to be hangover free. The Organic Prosecco Spumante hits shelves in the UK this Thursday and costs just £7.99. The beauty behind the drink is that it contains lower levels of sulphites, which means there is a less chance of hangovers. We reached out to Lidl to ask, and beg, if this wonderful drink will be coming to Ireland. Unfortunately, it won't be for now. hangover free

According to Metro, Lidl’s master of wine, Richard Bampfield has commented on the new product:

"We’ve all had that shocking wine hangover. This is sometimes attributed to the sulphite preservatives used in wine to keep them fresher for longer.

Generally, organic wine producers use a lower level of sulphites in the production process, which means they are less likely to contribute to hangovers. So if you don’t react well to sulphites you could be saying good riddance to hangovers with Lidl’s Organic Prosecco Spumante."
