Brian and Arthur are parents to daughter Blake.

The release date for Brian Dowling and Arthur Gourounlian’s documentary has finally been confirmed.

The documentary follows the dads as they prepare for parenthood. Brian & Arthur’s Very Modern Family will air on RTÉ One on Monday, March 13th at 9.35 pm.

The documentary will follow Brian, Arthur, and Brian’s sister Aoife, who was the couple’s surrogate.

The highly-anticipated documentary will include Aoife’s journey as a surrogate. It will also feature Brian and Arthur’s excitement as they prepare to become parents.

However, it will also feature many lows including the struggles Ireland’s surrogacy laws put on families like Brian and Arthur’s.

Brian, Arthur, and Aoife confirmed they finished filming in September.

The dad revealed the documentary will be “emotional” as well as “therapeutic”.

“From how we started to how we finished today with Beautiful Baby Blake joining us on the sofa.

“It was all about Blake & for Blake & for any other families in our situation that just want to have the opportunity to be able to have their families here in Ireland, safely & respectfully, in the same way, everyone else does.

Brian said they’re not experts, but wanted to share their experience with the world.

We can’t wait to watch it!
