There are many benefits to flitting around town on two wheels, but the benefits of bicycle travel can start to wane when you have a little on (and all their accessories) to tote along with you.
So when Greenaer.ie invited me to try out one of their handsome, sturdy cargo bikes, I jumped at the chance.
First things first: What exactly is a cargo bike? Essentially it’s a delivery bike with a foldable bench (with seat belts), ideal for carrying up to two children. You can do your week’s shopping without worrying about parking. Yay. But above all, you can enjoy the freedom of carrying as much as a car (buggy, handbag, favourite toys…) while pleasantly gliding through traffic.
