This green beauty drink is loaded with skin-loving ingredient, and, according to Snyder, the most delicious way to make sure your skin is glowing from within – no filter needed.
2 cups coconut water
1 3⁄4 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
1⁄2 ripe avocado, pitted
1 Tbsp chia gel
2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp ground turmeric
1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
Pinch of sea salt
To make chia gel, combine 3 Tbsp chia seeds with 1 1/2 cups slightly warm water in a glass jar. Let sit for 10 minutes. Store any extra in the fridge for future use.
Combine all ingredients in blender. Starting on low speed, slowly increase speed to high, and blend ingredients together until smooth.
