Trick or treat?

Hallowe’en is fast approaching, mamas, and one Dublin shopping centre is pulling out all the stops to celebrate the spook-tacular occasion.

The Swan Shopping Centre in Rathmines has announced a spooky party – suitable for all ages – taking place on Tuesday, October 30 and Wednesday, October 31 from 2pm until 4pm.

There’s going to be tonnes of tricks and treats in store for guests heading to the two-day festivities.

Magician Jamie Skelton, from Ireland’s Got Talent, and Sillybilly Events’ Mad Scientist will both be wowing the family at The Swan Halloween Party.

There’s going to be face painting, magic tricks and an interactive science show for the little ones.

Meanwhile, Dubray Books are going to be hosting a spooky story time – while Fallon & Byrne will have a professional pumpkin carver working their magic.

The Omniplex Rathmines are going to be getting the Hallowe’en festivities started a bit earlier, with a special screening of Hocus Pocus taking place at 12pm.

While tickets aren’t available to the general public, family passes will be up for grabs through local radio stations ahead of the party, as well as at stores in The Swan and via the shopping centre’s Facebook page.
