Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) – whose real name is Colson Baker – has used his new song to express his devastation about his fiancé Megan Fox’s miscarriage.

In the lyrics of his new song, Don’t Let Me Go, MGK reflects on the heartbreaking loss of their baby and the pain his fiancée went through.

“How can I live with the fact/ That my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby?”

“I don’t got no one to turn to/ Because everyone’s dead in my life that was tryna raise me.”

The lyrics of the song also allude to a ‘breakdown’ that inspired his new black tattoo that covers his upper torso, which he debuted this week.

“Just like I wish they would understand me one time / I had a breakdown and tatted my entire body except one line.”

MGK follows in his partner’s footsteps by using lyrics to speak about the traumatic experience he and Fox shared.

The actress opened up about expecting and losing their baby in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, late last year.

“I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” before concluding, “but now / I have to say / goodbye,” the lyrics read.

Fox, who shares her three children, Noah, 10, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, also candidly spoke about the miscarriage in an interview with Good Morning America.

She shared: “It was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?'”

MGK shares daughter, Casie Colson Baker, 14, with his ex-girlfriend, Emma Cannon.
