Prince Harry didn’t get to say goodbye to his grandmother.

Prince Harry reportedly found out about his grandmother Queen Elizabeth’s death through online reports.

The royals failed to contact Prince Harry before the news was made public.

A source told Page Six that Prince Harry was distraught after finding out the news in such an impersonal way.

The publication claimed: “No one from the royal family, or any courtiers, actually called Harry to tell him of the monarch’s death.

“Leaving him to find out from news reports when he landed late in the afternoon.”

Prince Harry was already in the United Kingdom when his grandmother’s health deteriorated.

The Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle were attending charity events when he was forced to rush to Scotland.

Unfortunately, the dad-of-two didn’t make it to his grandmother’s bedside in time.

Prince Charles and Princess Anne were the only two members of the family that were with the Queen when she passed away.

Harry issued a heartfelt statement following the death of the 96-year-old monarch.

Harry said he will forever cherish the memories he has of his late grandmother, especially the moments she met his children and his wife, Meghan Markle.

Prince Harry stated: “We are all reminded of the guiding compass she was to so many in her commitment to service and duty.

The Duke added, “I cherish these times shared with you, and the many other special moments in between.”

“You are already sorely missed, not just by us, but by the world over. And as it comes to first meetings, we now honour my father in his new role as King Charles III.”
