Yer on a reunion show, Harry.

The new star-studded teaser trailer for the long anticipated Harry Potter reunion show is here.

Featuring a selection of the film's biggest stars receiving their letter to return to Hogwarts, the new teaser boasts a Daily Prophet front page detailing the return of the school's alumni for the very first time.

This year marks 20 years since the release of the movie adaptation of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

To celebrate the milestone, HBO Max are shooting a special anniversary reunion with stars including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Robbie Coltrane, Helena Bonham Carter, Gary Oldman, Tom Felton, and many more.

Noticeably absent from the teaser is JK Rowling, making it unlikely that the author will be appearing in the New Years Day special. It has been reported, however, that she will be included via archival footage.

The first Harry Potter film was released in 2001 to massive commercial success.

Since the initial release of the books, the franchise has become a worldwide phenomenon, most notably launching the careers of then child-actors Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Grint (Ron Weasley), and Watson (Hermione Granger).

The latter took to Instagram to share the news of the series reunion last month, writing: "I am proud not just of what we as a group contributed as actors to the franchise but also as the children that became young adults that walked the path.

"I look at my fellow cast members now and I am just so proud of who everyone has become as people. I am proud we were kind to each other that we supported one another and that we held up something meaningful."

Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the series, also shared his excitement for the upcoming special on Twitter, saying: "Is this what school homecoming is like? Mark your calendars for New Years Day #ReturnToHogwarts."
