She's now expecting her second child.

Jacqueline Jossa has opened up about working while having a young child at home.

The actress, who played Lauren Branning on EastEnders, admitted to feeling guilty when she went back to work after having her first child, Ella, who’s now two.

“It was really hard,” she said in a video on her Youtube channel.

“At first I thought maybe I wouldn’t be able to do it. I just felt like I was missing so much of Ella’s little life.”

She added: “I felt like there were times I’d be working 7 to 7 all week, and I’d come home and be like, ‘Where’s my child? What has she done this week, what has she learnt?’.

“She’d be like this new little child and I’d be missing everything. I’m really excited to spend time with her. It was very, very hard.”

Jacqueline recently exited the soap later and will soon become a mum again.

She and husband Dan Osbourne announced in January that they’re expecting their second child together.

The actress said that this pregnancy was very different to her first one.

“I was sick this time – really, really, really sick. I’m 22 weeks now… so I’m feeling a lot better.

“Obviously when you have a child already it’s completely different because you have to get up at 6.30 or 7 in the morning every day.

“With Ella I didn’t have anything, any symptoms, anything. You wouldn’t even have known I was pregnant for five months, six months, whereas now I wouldn’t be able to hide this one at work.”

She also revealed that she’s not planning on having any more children after baby number two.
