I am all for unique.  I love quirky and 'out there' names that are all kinds of wonderful. Mostly. That is why when Baby Centre released its list of most unusual baby names for the past few months we were massively divided. Compiled by over 340,000 families in the UK, I think you will see why we hesitated just a little. Unless you are in line to call your baby girl Boobie. In that case, I wouldn't read on. It's not that we don't love the name Ticketyboo. It's just that we don't want our little girl to have to admit to that name at every roll call. Call me old fashioned, but I recently tried to drum up support for old school names like Janet, Nigel, Roger and Una.
