Apparently Taylor Swift just revealed the name of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ third baby

Well, that’s… weird?

As most of us already know, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds welcomed their third child, another daughter, back in October last year. The new addition joined big sisters James and Inez.

However, the notoriously private couple are yet to let the world know the name of their youngest child. In fact, a while back, when Reynolds’ made an appearance at the Today show, the hosts tried to get him to share the name, but the actor resisted, saying, “We’re going to be original, and all the letters in her name are silent. I want to give her something to push against in life.”

Now it seems, though, that Lively and Reynolds have opted to let the world know their daughter’s name in a rather original way by allowing their friend, Taylor Swift, reveal it on her new album, Folklore.

The song ‘Betty’ was named in part for the couple’s third daughter, a source confirmed to People.

Swift debuted her surprise album this week featuring a tender track called ‘betty’. Interestingly, the names of Lively and Reynolds’ two older daughters, James and Inez, feature in the lyrics, prompting fans to speculate that Betty is, in fact, the name of their nine-month-old baby.

Part of the lyrics goes: “She said ‘James, get in, let’s drive,'” “You heard the rumours from Inez / You can’t believe a word she says,” as well as “Betty, I know where it all went wrong,” which is repeated throughout the song.
