We dare even say not only will you be whipping the chips up for a quiet night in, but these are also bound to become your impressive new crowd pleaser whenever you have guests over.

Don’t believe us? Dedicate 10 minutes to these beauties tonight and you will.

Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea salt

Fresh rosemary

1 garlic clove

Instructions

Preheat oven to 225 C.

Cut the bottom tips off each sprout and remove leaves.

Toss leaves with the olive oil, sea salt and rosemary and place in one layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Roast for 7-10 min.

Sauté a minced garlic clove in olive oil and use to season brussels before serving.

Hot Tips: These are not only good as a snack on their own, why not try adding them to a salad of kale and goat cheese, put them on top of a smashed avocado toastie, serve as a crunchy side dish to fish or chicken, or how about adding to a pizza with ricotta and caramelized onions?

The sky is the limit with these beauties.
