The one thing that will help working mums close the income gap

Getting back to work after having a child can be a challenge, especially when trying to find a job that works around your family life.

Taking time off to raise my children meant there were gaps in my CV which I thought would work against me during job interviews. It took me a while to gain back my confidence when it came to my interview skills and a lot of the time when I would start a new job I felt a huge surge of 'imposter syndrome'.

I would have loved a website like this to talk me through everything and help me feel confident and comfortable getting back into the workforce.

The courses available through Careers After Kids cost between €11 and €30 and can be done from the comfort of your own home.
