Blake Lively details her struggle to lose weight after giving birth
Blake Lively has detailed her struggle to lose baby weight after giving birth.
The actress welcomed baby Ines in 2016 and although one be forgiven for assuming that Lively is completely slim and fit all the time, like many of us, this isn't the case.
Last night, the mum of two took to Instagram to say that she struggled to lose the 61 lbs she put on during her pregnancy.
Now, however, after 14 months (and a lot of training) Lively says she is very proud of how far she's come.
"Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through Instagram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models.
"Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud."
Lively gave birth to baby daughter Ines in September 2016.
She and husband Ryan Reynolds kept her name a secret for two months before introducing her to the world when Reynolds was being honoured on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The pair also parents to three-year-old James, who was born in 2014.
The family were living in Dublin last year while Lively filmed upcoming movie, The Rhythm Section.
The actress unfortunately injured her arm on set and production had to be suspended.
