In a rush?

We all have those mornings, I am sure.

You know, when you are running rings around yourself, and nobody can find their shoes and you have promised to give Karen from the office and lift and now you’re late AF because, well, because you suck at being on time – and sure the kids make it even more impossible to leave the house on time.

Sounds familiar? I bet.

Anyway, the solution to such mornings (apart from tons and tons of coffee, obvs) is some clever and yet also healthy make-ahead breakfasts – already good to go and prety much waiting for you when you get up.

Need some inspiration? We think these yummy breakfasts are about to go down a treat with the entire family:

1. Courgette Bacon Egg Muffins

These will keep you full until lunch – and then some. Bonus: They’ll taste fab in your lunchbox too, eat with some salad or left-over rice.
