Revealed… the best chocolate bar to eat

HerFamily

Kids under four should be banned from having Easter eggs, claims psychologist

We all like the odd treat now and then (I’ll admit I have one more times than I should) but some treats are better than others.

So if you or your kids have a sweet tooth that needs tending to, you might want to take note of the chocolate bars that are better for you in terms of calories and fat content.

According to Good to Know, the Milky Way is the way (get it?) to go if you don’t want to be too indulgent. It contains just 98 calories and 3.5g of fat.

While we reckon we would just use these facts to condone eating two, it is good to know that this is a handy one for the children.

The Milky Bar came in number two in the website’s list with 137 calories and 7.9g of fat followed by a tube of Smarties with just under 180 calories and under 7g of fat.

Flake (161 calories and 9.2g of fat) – one of our personal favourites – and Crunchie (185 calories and 7.6g of fat) rounded out the top five.
