S'mores boards are the PERFECT thing to serve on all your garden parties this summer
I have always been a sucker for a good cheese– or charcuterie – board.
They are the perfect food to serve when you are entertaining – easy to assemble, looks impressive, everyone can find something they like – etc.
However, serving up meats or cheeses on hot, sticky summer days might not be ideal.
For those days, guys, we have stumbled across a hot new trend that is all over Pinterest right now.
Say hello to s'mores boards – the most delicious and easy way we'll be entertaining this summer.

Jus to clarify, s'mores boards are essentially like a cheeseboard – just stacked with anything you'd need to make s'mores.
The best bit? They are super easy to assemble because essentially everything is store-bought. Think crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate—plus any other toppings that sound fun (think Nutella, M&Ms, pretzels, strawberries, blueberries etc) and you are good to go.

Tip: For a more 'grammable board, make sure to keep the ingredient piles as close together as possible (no cutting board peeking through!) and arrange them artfully in stacks, piles, and fans. Pinterest – and Instagram – is filled with inspiration if you need some.

HOW TO
1. Get your board or platter out – make sure it is not too small.
2. Put the marshmallows in the centre
3. Put the spreads in little bowls (peanut butter, Nutella, tahini etc) and place them out on the board.
4. Fan the crackers out on either side of the board or either side of the bowls, then do the cookies.
5. Pile on chocolates, sweets and berries
6. Make sure there are no big gaps or holes, the board should look full and almost overflowing with treats.
Now, you are ready to toast your s'mores on the BBQ or firepit!
