WATCH: Comedian shares her unique rice cake diet tips

One of our favourite funny mothas, Emma Doran, has shared another on-point video with a few diet tips as we come into shorts season.

Emma, who lives in Dublin with her partner Shane, their three children, Ella (13) Joe (3) and Tommy (1), and two dogs Twiggy and Stan, is a Republic of Telly regular.

Her latest video has some great tips if you're trying to lose a few pounds. Rice cake anyone?
