A young girl is in critical condition after a late-night crash in Co. Tipperary.
According to reports, two cars collided shortly after 11.30 pm last night.
It is believed the incident took place in Lismaline, Ballingarry, Roscrea, Tipperary.
The male drivers of both cars were taken to University Hospital Limerick with non-life-threatening injuries.
The young child was rushed to Tallaght Hospital, where she is believed to be in a critical condition.
Garda forensic investigators are currently examining the scene of the crash. The road remains closed.
Gardaí have urged witnesses to come forward, especially those who were driving through the Lismaline, Ballingarry area last night around the time of the collision.
They’ve asked anyone with dashcam footage to contact the Gardaí.
