Molly-Mae reveals she got a sleep coach for Bambi and shares her sleep routine

“I am a strong believer in ‘whatever works for you’ when it comes to parenting”

Molly-Mae Hague has shared that she enlisted the help of a sleep coach to find a sleep routine that suited her 11-month-old daughter Bambi.

The ‘Love Island’ alum admitted she is fascinated by baby routines and revealed that Bambi has been sleeping through the night since she was five months old.

She acknowledged that parenting is different for everyone but, due to popular demand, shared her routine to perfect her daughter’s sleep.

Molly says the sleeping system they have in place has ‘worked so insanely well’ for herself and her fiancé, Tommy Fury, as they navigate parenthood.

The couple welcomed their first child in January of this year.

Taking to her Instagram story, the mum-of-one says her ‘DM’s are flooded’ about baby routines.

“Bambi has been sleeping through since she was 5 months and it’s the best thing in the world. I’m such a better mum in the day because we get full nights sleep and I’m also able to work properly too.

“I just wanted to come back on and clarify that we did have the help of a ‘sleep coach’ to get this routine into play… I am NOT taking the credit for this routine and I do believe if we didn’t have the sleep coach, Bambi would not sleep through.”

Molly adds that for her and Tommy, getting a sleep coach ‘was the best thing’ as Bambi learned to self-settle without a dummy.

“I just wanted to share an insight into our journey because I never realised how many mums want to hear about it.

“The ‘routine’ life does absolutely not work for every mum and I can completely understand why. Sometimes you just need your baby to adapt to you and go with the flow- in which case a routine sometimes doesn’t work! You really have to commit to the routine for it to be a success,” Molly advises.

The former PLT creative director admits that she never strays from the schedule they have in place as it helps massively with ‘ juggling work life and mum life’.

Bambi’s Sleep Routine

  • 7.30am- wake up, bottle
  • 8.30am- breakfast
  • 9.20am- down for first nap
  • 10am- wake up
  • 12.20pm- down for second nap
  • 3pm- awake, bottle
  • 5pm- dinner
  • 6pm- bath, wind down from day, quiet room, dim lights
  • 6.30pm- bottle
  • 7pm- down to sleep

“This routine has Bambi sleeping through without a sound the whole night! I’m so so so grateful for it,” Molly added.
