Huge congratulations are in order for actress Christina Ricci, who is pregnant with her second child.
The Addams Family actress revealed her special news on Instagram. She posted a photo of her sonogram and wrote, “Life keeps getting better,” alongside the image.
Her boyfriend and hairstylist Mark Hampton also shared the happy news on his Instagram. The actress recently celebrated Hampton’s birthday. She opened up about him in a touching Instagram post, “Favorite person, gorgeous human, bringer of all things happy, magical and good. love you. This next year is going to be the best one yet.”
The 41-year-old’s joyous news comes a year after her divorce from James Heerdegen.
Ricci filed for divorce from Heerdegen after accusing him of “severe physical and emotional abuse”.
The couple, who met in 2011, married in 2013. They share 7-year-old son Freddie together.

After filing for divorce, Ricci filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order. The judge approved her request and her estranged husband must stay 100 yards away from the actress.
Heerdegen has no visitation rights with their son Freddie. The filmmaker denied the allegations and tried to file for a restraining order against Ricci, but this was denied by a judge.
The soon-to-be mum-of-two said motherhood helped open her eyes and gave her a greater perspective.
She previously told The Edit, “Having a child forces you to grow up at the speed of light. I’m a completely different person than I was before I had my child.”
